On June 19, 2026, the 18500DWT (LNG single fuel) river-sea direct bulk carrier 2# vessel “Huayu 602”, designed by Zhejiang Xinhai Ship Design & Research Institute and built by Global Shipbuilding (Yangzhou) for Zhejiang Huayu Maritime Development, was successfully launched! This type of vessel uses LNG single fuel as power, significantly reducing emissions of sulfur oxides, carbon oxides, and particulate matter, helping to protect the river-sea ecology.
