A case file was formed against the two sailors for violations of articles 28 on negligence, 273 on public endangerment, 274 on causing public danger through negligence, and 277 of the Penal Code on causing shipwreck. According to information, within the next few hours, the deployment of a floating barrier around the sinking site is expected to begin, as well as the placement of absorbent materials to contain any potential oil spill.
