China Dynamics Deputy General Manager Zhang Zhongling Resigns

On the evening of June 23, China Shipbuilding Industry Group Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Power” or “the Company”) issued an “Announcement on the Resignation of the Company’s Deputy General Manager,” stating that due to work changes, Zhang Zhongling applied to resign from his position as Deputy General Manager of the Company. Zhang Zhongling’s original term was set to expire on April 10, 2027.

The announcement disclosed that the Board of Directors of China Power received a written resignation report from the Company’s Deputy General Manager, Zhang Zhongling, on June 23, 2026. In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the provisions of the “Company’s Articles of Association,” Zhang Zhongling’s resignation report took effect from the date it was delivered to the Company’s Board of Directors. After resigning, Zhang Zhongling no longer holds any position in the Company.

According to previous news, China Power announced on February 2, 2026, the appointment of Zhang Zhongling as Deputy General Manager of the Company, until his resignation on June 23, with a tenure of 142 days.

Since the beginning of this year, China Power’s senior management has undergone a “major reshuffle.”

According to the announcement issued by China Power on February 2, other personnel adjustments at China Power include: Li Yong no longer serves as Chairman and Director of the Company due to work adjustments; Zhu Hongguang no longer serves as Deputy General Manager, and Wang Jin no longer serves as Chief Accountant; Fu Xiangzhao is appointed as General Manager, Wang Zhengxiang, Qiu Chunhua, Gu Jitong, Bao Dongming, Zhang Zhongling, and Wang Jin are appointed as Deputy General Managers, and Chen Shuofan is appointed as Chief Accountant.

On March 5, China Power announced the election of Shao Yu as Chairman of the Company’s Eighth Board of Directors, with a term starting from the date of approval by this Board meeting until the expiration of the Eighth Board of Directors.
