Liberia Flag has announced a Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) on the implementation of Liberian legislation onboard Liberian-flagged vessels.
Liberia issued Marine Advisory 18/2025 announcing this CIC. The CIC shall be carried out through ROs. Recognized Organizations shall use this CIC during management system audits to verify the implementation of Liberian legislation.
The Administration strongly encourages ship operators to use this Advisory as a reminder of the importance of ensuring the readiness of the shore organization and crew. Verify that all documentation onboard ships is maintained in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
The Flag State has also issued a questionnaire and a guidance document to assist with the preparation of the vessel to successfully complete the inspection during the Concentrated Campaign.
The period of this CIC is not clear as it is not mentioned in the issued advisory.
