CMA CGM, the French carrier, has announced new Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates effective from 15 May 2024 (loading date) until further notice as follows:
Base port-to-base port rates are established, with out-ports subject to standard /TAD guidelines.
Originating from all Asian ports (including Japan, Southeast Asia, and Bangladesh) to all North European ports (including the UK and the entire range from Portugal to /Estonia).
Cargo covered by these FAK rates includes Dry, OOG (Out of Gauge), Paying Empties, and Reefer shipment.
