On November 19, with the smooth berthing of the M/V “Hua Yun Li Yuan” at a Fujian port, the first chemical transport voyage under the cooperation between COSCO SHIPPING Energy and Jincheng Petrochemical was successfully completed. This marks a “zero breakthrough” in the field of chemical transportation for both parties and adds a key element to the diversified layout of the “Yuanhai Jincheng” logistics supply chain product.
In this cooperation, COSCO SHIPPING Energy’s subsidiary Shanghai Neng Hua precisely deployed the M/V “Hua Yun Li Yuan” to carry 6,000 tons of toluene products for Jincheng Petrochemical. The vessel commenced this transport mission from Berth 304 at Panjin Rongxing Port on November 15. The Shanghai Neng Hua team closely monitored key aspects such as vessel scheduling and port coordination throughout the process, ensuring the entire voyage was safe and smooth with professional and efficient service.
Since the official launch of the integrated end-to-end supply chain product “Yuanhai Jincheng” in February 2025, COSCO SHIPPING Energy and Jincheng Petrochemical have maintained deep coordination, establishing a stable and efficient cooperative framework in areas such as oil product transportation and container logistics. The successful implementation of this chemical transport cooperation represents another significant expansion of their collaborative fields. It further enhances the cargo type coverage capability of the “Yuanhai Jincheng” product and lays a solid foundation for subsequently developing more diversified logistics services.
