Cruise Terminals International (CTI) announced the appointment of Grégory Lanter as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective January 12, 2026.

Lanter has over two decades of senior management experience in the international hospitality sector and infrastructure development. Most recently, as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Club Med SAS, he oversaw the planning, financing, and operation of a global portfolio of luxury resorts delivering top-tier sustainable experiences to millions of travelers each year.

CTI, a strategic partnership between Royal Caribbean Group and iCON Infrastructure Partners VI, combines expertise in the design, development, financing, and operation of cruise terminals with a portfolio of existing terminals and development projects in key destinations.

“We are pleased to welcome Grégory to CTI. His strong leadership, global experience, and hands-on expertise in developing large-scale hospitality and infrastructure assets make him the ideal person to lead CTI in its next phase of growth and development,” said Nick Pollard, Chairman of CTI.

“It is an honor for me to join CTI at such an exciting time for the cruise industry and the company. With its strong base of strategic assets, a robust project pipeline, a talented team, and the strategic alliance with Royal Caribbean Group, the company is well-positioned to deliver the next generation of cruise terminals: terminals that combine operational excellence, innovation, and sustainability to enhance the guest experience and benefit the communities we serve,” stated Lanter himself.

The new CEO will be based in Miami and will lead CTI’s multidisciplinary team as the company continues to execute terminal projects and support the growth of the industry.
