The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Compañía Sud Americana de Vapores (CSAV) approved the dividend proposal made by the board. In this way, a total of USD 200 million, equivalent in pesos, will be paid next October 23.
This eventual dividend, which is equivalent to USD 0.0038971255361 per share, is delivered following the return of tax withholdings to CSAV from Germany. With this, since 2020, Sud Americana de Vapores will have distributed more than USD 5.4 billion in dividends.
“We have anticipated a significant portion of the collection to our shareholders, pending the year-end closing and clearer projections for the next one,” said the General Manager of CSAV, Óscar Hasbún.
The approved dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered in the respective registry at midnight on October 17, 2025. The exchange rate will be published in due course on the company’s website.
