CSSC Power's subsidiary power components achieve more than half of the target.

In the first half of 2025, CSSC Power fully implemented the “1-1-7-8” overall work requirements of CSSC Group, adhering to top-level strategic guidance and a unified approach across all levels. Centered on the principles of “internationalization, technological innovation, group-wide control, and lawful compliance,” the company focused on “ensuring delivery, strengthening management, optimizing structure, and building brand reputation.” By concentrating on core responsibilities and advancing lean management comprehensively, deepening the reform of three key systems, and leveraging technological innovation to drive high-quality industrial development, CSSC Power achieved the goal of “half the time, half the tasks completed,” delivering an impressive mid-year performance report.

In the height of summer, as all things flourish, CSSC Marine Power Components Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CSSC Power (Group) Co., Ltd., resolutely implemented the “1-1-7-8” overall work requirements of CSSC Group and the “3456” work guidelines of CSSC Power. To achieve the annual targets, the company set a clear directive at the beginning of the year: “Start with determination, begin with a sprint,” and went all out to ensure timely deliveries.

In the first half of the year, the core operational metrics of Power Components fully met the “half the time, half the tasks completed” benchmark: sales revenue reached 51.2% of the annual plan, a 14.14% year-on-year increase; order intake achieved 61.8% of the annual target, up 30.17% year-on-year; production of three major components completed 51.83% of the annual plan, rising 35.83% year-on-year; and 155 sets of energy-saving and environmental protection devices/EGR were delivered, fulfilling 52.9% of the annual plan with a 49.04% year-on-year increase. These results laid a solid foundation for achieving the full-year objectives!

With lean management at its core, efficiency was enhanced. The company comprehensively advanced 6S and visual management, improving workstation “compliance rates” by 35%. By establishing a collaborative mechanism involving “teams, safety, equipment, and planning,” the standard production cycle for the 60-frame unit was reduced from 103 days to 95 days.

Driven by technological innovation, industrial upgrades were empowered. The 12G95ME-C10.5 cylinder liner successfully passed full-load testing under both fuel and methanol modes. The first 14MV320 medium-speed engine block was developed successfully in one go and delivered on schedule.

The journey of a hundred miles is half completed at ninety. As the drums of the second half already sound, all employees of Power Components will maintain their high morale and pragmatic approach, focusing on core tasks with even greater enthusiasm. Riding the momentum, they will strive anew toward the annual production and operational goals, contributing to CSSC Power’s efforts to achieve a successful conclusion to the “14th Five-Year Plan” and a strong start to the “15th Five-Year Plan”!
