The Secretary General of the IMO, Mr. Arsenio Dominguez, stressed that addressing environmental challenges can open new avenues of opportunity, not only for sailors but also for professionals in fields such as transport, legal support, technology and artificial intelligence.
The program included a shipping exhibition with innovative sustainable shipping solutions and five thematic panels, where experts and policy makers exchanged ideas, sending a message of collaboration and action for a sustainable future at sea.
