Leveraging the locational advantages of its deep-water excellent port, it directly faces ASEAN and global ocean shipping routes, making it a strategic high ground for domestic enterprises to deploy their shipping business. Here, institutional dividends such as efficient completion of ship registration approval, ship registration, and shipping fiscal and tax incentives are fully released, effectively reducing fleet operating costs and improving the efficiency of ship management and route operations.
