In this context, Molgas Energy Group (Molgas) recently completed the full acquisition of Titan Energy Holding, the parent company of Titan Clean Fuels (Titan). This move constitutes a significant step in Molgas’s strategic expansion in the clean marine fuels sector.
Titan is one of the leading independent suppliers of liquefied biomethane (/bio-LNG) and LNG. Titan’s fleet of small-scale bunkering vessels operates in key international markets, with a strong presence in the Northwestern Europe region.
With the acquisition of Titan, Molgas now has a fleet of seven LNG bunkering vessels and manages a proprietary network with more than 70 vehicle refueling stations.
