The 32-meter all-aluminum pilot boat “Hailongwan 1”, exclusively built by Jianglong Shipbuilding and serving the Port of Rizhao in Shandong, has recently set sail for delivery. Once officially put into operation, the vessel will comprehensively upgrade the safety and operational efficiency of port pilotage operations, polish the reputation of pilots as “the first face of the nation at the maritime gateway,” and support the high-quality upgrade of regional port pilotage services.

“Hailongwan 1” has an overall length of 31.8 meters, a beam of 6.0 meters, and adopts an all-aluminum welded longitudinal frame structure, with lightweight design balancing strength and efficiency. It is powered by twin engines and twin propellers, achieving a speed of 25 knots and a cruising speed of 19 knots. The vessel is equipped with a gyroscopic stabilizer, providing excellent speed, stability, comfort, and resistance to wind and waves.

It is fitted with a full set of intelligent navigation equipment, including Beidou dual-mode positioning, radar, and night vision devices, meeting all-weather operational requirements. Additionally, it features a 5-person crew cabin and a 20-person passenger cabin, along with a meeting room, pantry, and other well-appointed compartments, accommodating multiple functions such as pilotage operations and business receptions.
