On August 27, the ship repair division of Fujian Shipbuilding Group, Mawei Shipbuilding, successfully completed the maintenance project for the vessel “Haixun 08202,” which was delivered and set sail.
This maintenance primarily included repairs to the twin-shaft rudder system, outer hull plate painting work, and auxiliary engine upkeep. During the auxiliary engine maintenance phase, technicians conducted detailed inspections and maintenance on multiple critical systems of the auxiliary engine, covering key components such as the fuel injection system, turbocharging scavenging system, and lubrication system. Specific tasks involved disassembling and cleaning fuel injectors, performing nozzle pressure testing and atomization tests; disassembling, inspecting, and cleaning turbochargers, and replacing some components based on actual wear conditions to ensure intake efficiency and operational stability; simultaneously, lubricating oil was sampled and tested, with corresponding treatment or replacement carried out according to the test results to ensure the entire lubrication system was in optimal condition.
The “Haixun 08202” is a 30-meter-class patrol vessel. This vessel type boasts excellent wind and wave resistance and high speed, primarily used for various duties including cruising tasks within bay waters and short-distance cross-sea areas, maritime safety supervision, and investigation of maritime traffic accidents. The high-quality completion of this repair task significantly enhanced the overall technical condition and operational reliability of the “Haixun 08202,” laying a solid foundation for its subsequent successful execution of various maritime missions.
On August 28, the ship repair division of Mawei Shipbuilding successfully completed the maintenance tasks for two fishing vessels, “Fuyuanyu 8696” and “Fuyuanyu 8649,” which were delivered and set sail on the same day. Since the two vessels entered the dock on August 21 and 22 respectively, the repair project team worked overtime, day and night, focusing on advancing the shaft and rudder system repairs and outer hull plate painting work, ultimately ensuring the two vessels were delivered on schedule.
“Fuyuanyu 8696” and “Fuyuanyu 8649” are key vessels undertaking fishery production, and their stable operation is of great significance to ensuring fishery production. The efficient completion of this docking repair task fully guarantees the normal operation of the two vessels’ subsequent fishing activities and also fully demonstrates the professional standards and comprehensive capabilities of Fujian Shipbuilding Group’s ship repair division in the field of vessel maintenance.
