The Nanaimo Port Authority has given 60 days’ notice, pursuant to section 51 of the Canada Marine Act, of proposed changes to wharfage, berthage, and harbour dues as set out in its draft 2026 Fee Document. The proposed tariff document is available here. Parties wishing to submit written representations on the proposed changes may do so by email to info@npa.ca within the consultation period.
