The Ever Lovely portacontainer was hit by a bullet at the Oman coast

The portacontainerEver Lovely, part of a convoy of ships of the Taiwan Area ,Chinaese Evergreen coming out today from the Persian Gulf of which are part of Ever Unicorn and Ever Lotus, in navigation on the route facing the coast, was hit by a bullet while it was 7.5 nautical miles from Dahit, Oman. According to the British United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO), the device caused damage to the ship’s bridge but did not hurt any crew member or caused damage to the environment. The portacontenitori, which has an ability to hold pairs to 9.532 teu and was built in 2015, was hit on the right side.
