The program offers young professionals specialization in high gastronomy in yachting, a sector with significant employment prospects in Greece and internationally.
The fellows undergo intensive 255-hour training, lasting six months, both on the training vessel MY Klelia 1 and at the facilities of the BCA Hotel School. The goal is the acquisition of practical skills in real conditions, so that the participants can meet the high demands of the market.
Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou welcomed the new fellows, underlining that the program is an investment in the future of young people and in Greek tourism.
