According to the latest announcement from Ningbo Marine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ningbo Marine”), the company’s board of directors received written resignation reports from the company’s Vice Chairman Sun Yanjun and Supervisor Wang Jiongjiong on September 28, 2025.
Sun Yanjun resigned from his positions as Vice Chairman and Director of the company due to work changes, and concurrently resigned from his position as a member of the company’s Board Strategy Committee; Wang Jiongjiong resigned from his position as Supervisor of the company due to work changes. After their resignations, Sun Yanjun and Wang Jiongjiong will no longer hold any other positions in the company.
Ningbo Marine stated that the company will perform the relevant procedures for electing replacement directors as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations.
It is worth noting that Sun Yanjun assumed the position of Vice Chairman of Ningbo Marine on May 22 of this year and resigned after only four months in the role.

Sun Yanjun, male, born in November 1975, holds a university degree and a master’s degree, and is a senior engineer. He previously served as Director of the Technology and Safety Supervision Department of State Grid Zhejiang Integrated Energy Service Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager and Party Committee Member of Zhejiang Huayun Clean Energy Co., Ltd., and Vice Chairman of Ningbo Marine Co., Ltd.
