Ocean Network Express (ONE) presented its 2025 Sustainability Report, covering the period from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025. The document provides a comprehensive overview of the company’s achievements and progress in four key sustainability pillars: environment, social, governance, and operational excellence.

This year’s document highlighted ONE’s progress in integrating sustainability into the company’s strategy and operations, showing how it is advancing in decarbonization, strengthening responsible practices, and leveraging innovation to foster a more sustainable maritime industry.

Highlights of the report included, in environmental matters, that the shipping line introduced ONE LEAF+, which offers low-carbon shipping options to help customers reduce their supply chain emissions. The company also expanded the use of alternative fuels and integrated more efficient vessels into its fleet.

In the social sphere, it progressed towards achieving ISO 45001 certification for its Singapore offices. The Japanese firm’s effort to build a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace was also recognized with its inclusion on the list of Singapore’s Best Employers.

Regarding governance, ONE strengthened its supply chain by increasing supplier compliance with its sustainability standards. The company also enhanced its information security framework, leading to the achievement of /IEC 27001 certification for its global platform.

In operational matters, the company advanced its digitalization and innovation to improve service efficiency and reliability. The development of AI-driven solutions enabled smarter routing and more sustainable operations.
