Panos Laskaridis: New donation of 1 million euros to the Athens Naval Hospital. The Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation and the family of President Panos Laskaridis announce the complete renovation of a large short-stay care wing on the 4th floor, which will be delivered to the NNA within the coming months.
The Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation and the family of President Panos Laskaridis, with great pleasure, announce the new major donation to the Athens Naval Hospital, the complete renovation of a large short-stay care wing on the 4th floor which will be delivered to the NNA within the next 4 months. This new donation is a continuation of the previous major donation to the same hospital, where the “Marilena Laskaridis” wing on the 3rd floor had been fully renovated.
The renovation work at the NNA begins in a few days and when completed, the Naval Hospital will offer short-stay care services in new state-of-the-art facilities, will support the work of the doctors and nursing staff and will lead to an improvement in patient service and care.
The new wing, which is another offering to the Hellenic Navy, will be named after the late Aikaterini Laskaridis. The cost of the project will amount to approximately 1,000,000 euros and the work will be carried out without disrupting the operation of the hospital.
The Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation thanks the leadership of the Ministry of National Defence (YPETHΑ), the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (GEETHA) and our Hellenic Navy for their trust in the long-term cooperation and promises its continuous support for the most important work of the Hellenic Navy, wherever there is a need.
