The Santos Port Authority (APS) has five new bidding processes underway that were launched in recent weeks.
The contracts cover various services, such as setting up stands for events, solid waste collection, printing materials, and issuing licenses and specialized technical services.
In detail, one of the processes corresponds to bid 71/2025, which consists of the supply of licenses and provision of specialized technical services aimed at the implementation, support, corrective and evolutionary maintenance of a certified tax solution integrated with the SAP ERP system, including the issuance and reception of electronic tax documents, to comply with the tax and fiscal obligations of the Santos Port Authority. The contract duration is 36 months and the deadline for participation ends next November 10.
Meanwhile, bid 73/2025 is for the provision of high-quality graphic printing services, including the supply of products to meet the demands of the Santos Port Authority for 12 months. The receipt of proposals will close on November 13.
Bid 74/2025 aims to provide conservation, general cleaning, manual sweeping, collection and final disposal of solid waste generated in the Port of Santos and other areas under the responsibility of APS, for 30 months. This offer will be valid until November 14.
In turn, bid 75/2025 aims to offer services for the design, execution, assembly, technical maintenance, security and disassembly of the APS stand, including structure, furniture, equipment, electrical and hydraulic installations, lighting, landscaping, visual communication and other necessary procedures and materials for the company’s participation in Intermodal South America 2026, which will take place between April 14 and 16, 2026 in the Anhembi District, in São /SP, for a period of 12 months. The deadline for submitting proposals is until November 25.
Simultaneously, the process for bid 76/2025 consists of the provision of temporary services for the rental, assembly, maintenance and disassembly of Christmas decorations, including the supply of materials, structures, equipment and labor necessary for the complete execution of the service. The contract duration is six months and proposals can be submitted until November 24.
