2. DWT capacities are subject to tide conditions and cargo density
3. Port operations follow DPRK Maritime Safety Law (2015 Revision) and IMO Guidelines
4. Vessels exceeding 200m LoA require prior permission (72 hours notice)
5. Hazardous cargo handling restricted to designated areas only (Zone 1-3 classification)
6. Night navigation requires local pilot (available 18:00-06:00)
7. Maximum permissible draft: Charted depth minus 1.0m safety margin
