- Chemical handling berths require 72-hour prior notice to Kobe Port Hazardous Materials Office
- Night operations restricted at Maya Terminal berths M1-M3 due to lighting limitations
- All cruise berths equipped with SOLAS-compliant gangways and safety nets

- 24/7 port operations with prior arrangement
- Mandatory AIS transmission within port limits
- Tidal current restrictions apply at Rokko Island Terminal during spring tides
- Maximum air draft: 55m at all berths (restricted by Akashi Kaikyo Bridge clearance)
