Certifications:

  • All berths comply with IMO Port Facility Security Code (2023 Ed.)
  • Mooring systems certified to OCIMF MEG4 (2022) standards
  • Crane SWL validations: China CCS SE-2024-001

Critical Safety Updates:

  • NEW: BT-1 depth increased to 12.5m after 2024 dredging (Port Notice PN-2024-027)
  • RESTRICTION: OT-2 (LNG) requires >50ppm H2S detection systems onboard
  • WARNING: LD-3 steel dolphin has reduced tolerance for lateral loads (max 100t)
  • MANDATORY: All lighterage ops require MSA Form LZH-LT-2024 submitted 12hr prior

Operational Limits:

  • Max current at buoys: 3.0kt (safety cutoff at 3.5kt per SD-MSA Order 2024-11)
  • Min visibility for berthing: 500m (1000m for tankers)

Important Notice:

Max LoA includes safety margin (+10m at container berths, +5m elsewhere).
Depth chart datum to seabed (MHWS +1.0m at Laizhou).
Hazard Zones: Oil/LNG berths require Class 1 Ex-rated equipment within 50m.
