1. PORT ENTRY & DEPARTURE REGULATIONS

  • Mandatory Pre-arrival Documentation (72hrs before ETA):
    • Port Entry Application (Form PA-2024v2) with notarized copy of Registration Certificate
    • Crew Health Declaration (including vaccination records and malaria screening)
    • IMO-compliant Cyber Security Assessment Report (per MSC-FAL.1/Circ.3)
    • NEW: Ballast Water Management Report (including treatment system calibration records)
  • Vessel Traffic Management:
    • Speed limit: 12 knots within port limits (reduce to 8 knots in Inner Harbor)

6. CREW WELFARE & LABOR STANDARDS
