As SANY expands its footprint in European and North American markets, the report underscores the company’s proactive alignment with international standards, addressing the rigorous expectations of global regulators and stakeholders regarding trade equity and ESG excellence.

Strategic Resilience via “Globalization of Manufacturing”

To navigate the evolving global trade landscape, including anti-dumping and anti-subsidy frameworks, SANY is steadfastly advancing its “Globalization of Manufacturing” strategy. The company has successfully transitioned from “product export” to “Industrial Globalization.” International revenue now accounts for 64% of total turnover.

By deepening overseas localized production across its key manufacturing hubs in India, the USA, Germany, Indonesia, and Brazil, SANY has established a full-value-chain global deployment—spanning R&D, manufacturing, and service—ensuring compliant operations and fair competition within local legal frameworks.

Decarbonization: Driving the Energy Transition

Electrification remains SANY’s core growth engine. In 2025, revenue from new energy products reached RMB 8.64 billion. SANY has deployed a wide range of green equipmentglobally, including electric excavators and hydrogen-powered trucks. By

upgrading products to electric power and fostering green supply chain synergy, SANY is actively addressing climate risks and supporting global “Dual Carbon” goals.

SANY has fortified its supply chain resilience with 100% coverage of anti-corruption audits for core business processes. The company also prioritizes localized talent cultivation, with the localization rate of overseas employees reaching nearly 70% in 2025, building a globally competitive team of professionals.
