With the launch of our new program, SEAFiT, we will dedicate a new series of articles on tips and practices to embrace a new wellbeing mindset. This is vital for our daily lives and goes hand in hand with resilience, considering that in order to be able to face all challenges and bounce back, we need to foster a new philosophy and take care of ourselves.

#4 Lack of job control

Participate in job design and decision making

#5 Poor physical working conditions & ergonomics

Equipment should meet health and safety legal requirements

Dealing with unfair treatment, focus on Diversity, Inclusion, Equality

#7 Social or physical isolation

Establish frameworks for preventing discrimination, offer peer support
