November 20 — The Hainan Provincial Government and State Development & Investment Corporation (SDIC) signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing, further aligning efforts to support the high-standard development of the Hainan Free Trade Port. The signing was witnessed by Hainan Party Secretary Feng Fei, Governor Liu Xiaoming, SDIC Chairman Fu Gangfeng, and SDIC General Manager Yu Bangli.
