Wilhelmsen Ships Service announced a strategic partnership with United Marine Training Centre to launch the Unitor Welding School for the North and Southeast Asia region, marking an important step in training seafarers with essential welding skills for maintenance at sea.
To celebrate the launch, the first Weld of Excellence competition was held in the Philippines, where ship installers showcase their skills and workmanship.
