On August 23, the LNG bunkering ship “HAI GANG WEI LAI” successfully bunkered 6,005 m3 LNG for the 23,000 TEU container ship “CMA CGM RIVOLI” docked at Yangshan Deepwater Port.
This is the first time that CMA CMA has arranged LNG bunkering at Shanghai Port for a 23,000 TEU dual-fuel container ship on the Asia-Europe route.
Yangshan Port’s LNG bunkering service level has jumped from 15,000 TEU to 23,000 TEU container ships, marking that Shanghai Port can bunker LNG for existing mainstream internationalsailing container ships.
