Yangzi Mitsui delivers the fourth 82,500 DWT bulk carrier to Japanese shipowner

On June 15, the fourth new-generation 82,500 DWT green eco-friendly bulk carrier “AOM ANA MARIA”, built by Yangzijiang Mitsui for a Japanese shipowner, cast off from the shipyard dock and set sail on its maiden voyage.

The “AOM ANA MARIA” has an overall length of 229 meters, a beam of 32.26 meters, a depth of 20.15 meters, and a structural draft of 14.55 meters. It is classed with NK. The vessel’s construction commenced on August 14, 2025, and it successfully completed sea trials on June 2, 2026, with all test data exceeding design specifications.

At 8:30 AM on June 15, the “AOM ANA MARIA” was smoothly delivered via electronic signing. We wish the new vessel safe voyages and full cargoes!
