The work stoppage aims to facilitate the participation of seafarers in the rally and protest march scheduled for the same day at 8:30 outside the passenger-vehicle ferry ship «Aikaterini P.».
«We call on our members and all Seafarers to participate en masse and together we demand that a solution be given here and now to the unacceptable and third-world phenomenon of the “exile” of ships and crews in the unsafe anchorage of Rafina» states PENEN in its announcement.
