Bulk carrier GREAT WENXIANG suffered power loss on Nov 30, though probably earlier, in Beihai sea north of Weihai, Bohai sea, while en route from Russia – Vanino, with most probably, cargo of coal. Bulk carrier was taken on tow on Nov 30 and towed to Yantai Anchorage, where she was anchored in the morning Dec 2.
