On 13th October, Hudong-Zhonghua delivered the Greenergy Star to China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) on 13th October.
Sailing under the flag of Singapore, Greenergy Star measures 299 metres in length, 46.4 metres in beam, and 26.25 metres in depth. The 174,000 cbm large LNG carrier features a twin-skeg hull form and is equipped with advanced low-carbon and digital technologies to enhance efficiency and environmental performance.
The vessel is officially classed by both the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and the China Classification Society (CCS), ensuring compliance with international standards.
With the addition of Greenergy Star, CNOOC expands its green energy fleet, strengthening China’s domestically developed LNG transport capacity.
