A Restricted Area will be established on 11 (rehearsal) and 13 (event day) September 2025, from 1600 hours to 2300 hours, in Victoria Harbour off the West Kowloon Cultural District to facilitate a drone performance.
The Restricted Area is bounded by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (D) and the adjacent shoreline:
(A) 22 deg. 17.975’N / 114 deg. 09.258’E
(B) 22 deg. 17.975’N / 114 deg. 09.202’E
(C) 22 deg. 18.064’N / 114 deg. 09.202’E
(D) 22 deg. 18.065’N / 114 deg. 09.258’E
During the aforementioned periods, no vessels, other than Government launches, will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area. All vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area.
In the event of inclement weather or emergency, the fallback dates of the rehearsal and event day would be 12 and 20 September 2025 respectively.
