In his new role, Collin will lead Ofiniti’s regional operations while also overseeing its global technology agenda.

Ofiniti, the company behind the FuelBoss digital delivery platform and BunkerFlow, on Wednesday (1 October) announced the appointment of Collin Ng as Managing Director APAC and Director of Technology.

This strategic appointment underscores Ofiniti’s commitment to Singapore as its growth hub in Asia-Pacific and highlights the company’s continued investment in digital transformation across the maritime fuels industry.

Collin joins Ofiniti with extensive experience as Chief Technology Officer at Equatorial Marine Fuels (Equatorial), one of Singapore’s largest physical bunker suppliers. At Equatorial, he was instrumental in modernising operational processes and maintaining the company’s leadership position in Singapore – the world’s largest marine fuels hub.

In his new role, Collin will lead Ofiniti’s regional operations while also overseeing its global technology agenda. He will work closely with product and engineering teams to scale platform capabilities and accelerate the development of new solutions for the maritime fuels sector.

“I am excited to join Ofiniti at such a pivotal time for the industry. Having been part of the Singapore bunkering ecosystem for many years, I look forward to driving the next phase of innovation and helping accelerate the industry’s digital transformation,” said Collin Ng, Managing Director APAC & Director of Technology, Ofiniti.

“Ofiniti has already built a strong global reputation for digitising bunkering and enabling live delivery insights, and I am eager to contribute to that mission.”

“Collin’s deep operational expertise and proven leadership make him the ideal person to lead our APAC presence and scale our technology capabilities,” added Tue Nielsen, Chief Executive Officer, Ofiniti.

“His appointment reaffirms our commitment to Singapore as a hub for growth, and strengthens Ofiniti’s role in shaping the future of digital delivery for the maritime fuels industry.”

Beyond his role at Ofiniti, Collin remains an active contributor to the maritime innovation ecosystem through engagements with PIER71 and the Singapore Shipping Association (SSA). This dual perspective – bridging industry operations and digital innovation – will support Ofiniti in delivering solutions that are both practical and transformative for stakeholders across the value chain.

The appointment comes during a period of rapid growth for Ofiniti, which today serves customers across LNG, biofuels, and conventional bunkering, with thousands of operations processed across dozens of global ports.

With Singapore as a cornerstone of its strategy, Ofiniti is well positioned to support the industry’s transition toward smarter, more transparent, and more sustainable fuel delivery operations.
