FAI, Federazione Autotrasportatori Italiani, is organizing a meeting on Thursday, November 20, at 6 PM, at the FAI headquarters in Cercola (Naples) at Viale dei Platani 28, to analyze the regulations on compensation for waiting times during loading and unloading operations and on the models of contractual support in the port sector. The president of ConftrasportoPasquale Russo will speak.
The new regulation (art. 4 of legislative decree /2025, no. 73) governing the loading and unloading times of goods was recently clarified and specified by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport which, through a circular, responded to the reports concerning a series of interpretative critical issues received from sector operators.
