Servicios Portuarios Reloncaví announced the incorporation of two new electric cranes into the operation of the Mariquina Finished Products Warehouse, as part of its modernization and sustainable development strategy.

According to the company, “this investment represents a significant advance in the optimization of our operational processes, allowing us to improve efficiency in cargo transfer, reduce operation times and increase the reliability of the service offered to our clients.”

“The adoption of electric technology not only reinforces our commitment to the environment, by contributing to the reduction of emissions and the reduction of the carbon footprint, but also allows us to reduce the exposure of our operations to the volatility of international oil prices, favoring a more stable and predictable cost structure,” the company highlighted.

“This important step has been possible thanks to collaborative work and the support of Arauco, whose commitment to innovation, operational efficiency and sustainability has been key during the process of evaluation and incorporation of these new equipment,” commented Servicios Portuarios Reloncaví.

“With this incorporation, Servicios Portuarios Reloncaví continues to consolidate its positioning as a modern, efficient and responsible operator, actively contributing to the logistical and productive development of southern Chile. We thank our work teams and collaborators, whose commitment makes it possible to continue advancing in this process of continuous improvement,” the company stated.
