On Tuesday /2025, during the General Assembly, elections were held for the
selection of the new vice presidents of HEMEXPO.
Elected to the four Vice President positions were the following:
• Athanasios Athanasopoulos, CEO – Uteco
• Andreas Zontanos, Partner – Vela Electric
• Ilias Mallios, Export Director – Seabright
• Stefanos Chartomatzidis, CCO – Prisma Electronics
Elected to the position of Deputy Vice President was Ms. Niki Giannoutsou, CEO of
the company EUROCHEM.
On the occasion of the elections, the President of the Board of Directors, Ms. Eleni
Polychronopoulos, president of Erma Tech Group and vice president of SEA Europe
and HELMEPA, noted: “I am very optimistic about the new composition of the HEMEXPO
Board of Directors, which brings with it rich experience and dedication to the
Association’s mission. With our shared vision, we can confidently move forward with
our initiatives and support Greek marine equipment manufacturers, so that they can
enhance their innovation and grow steadily in the
international markets.”
